SightPlan

Sightplan offers cloud-based software for the management of multi-unit residential buildings. SightPlan combines work orders, inspections, preventive maintenance and resident service into one app. It offers managed communication with building residents through its app. Sightplan provides tools for tracking and analysis of building financials. They began as part of the University of Central Florida (UCF) Business Incubator, an initiative designed to facilitate the growth of tech start-ups in Central Florida, and have since moved into their own space in downtown Orlando, for which they received tax and financing incentives from the State of Florida. In order to receive the favorable terms from the state, Sightplan agreed to add 28 jobs at an average salary of $64,000/year by the end of 2017. In March 2016, they requested extra time to meet the job creation benchmark. Like other ventures that grew out of the UCF Business Incubator, they received funding from EntreNext Ventures.
