Innovative Signal Analysis

Established in 1997, ISA is a small, privately-held organization headquartered in Richardson, Texas. The company was co-founded by Stacy Kniffen, PhD and David L. Stevens, two engineers with over 40 years of combined experience in signal processing systems and algorithms. Our talented staff of engineers, programmers, and analysts have a unique mix of experience in digital signal processing, optical signal processing, high performance computing, and signal intelligence. Rapid prototyping of advanced concepts is possible through our digital and optical signal processing labs. Our creative use of custom and COTS technology enables us to provide our customers with cost-effective solutions, particularly to projects where our products constitute the computationally intensive part of our customer's processing chain.
