Silk Contract Logistics has been built on the strong foundation and reputation of two dynamic Australian logistic companies. After 2012 Kagan Logistics and Hoffmann Transport joined forces to form Silk Contract Logistics. With individual company histories dating back more than 50 years, we are one of the most experienced warehousing and transport operations in - and across - the country. By consolidating two great companies into one we have been able to: improve our safety performance leverage our complementary strengths to provide value based services expand our operations; provide seamless integrated transport and warehousing services The great news for our customers is that we can now offer an expanded service over a greater geography in a cost effective manner. In February 2014, the management team along with equity partner Gandel Invest acquired Silk Contract Logistics from Gresham Private equity. Today, with a growing turnover, a large and satisfied work force, an established safety record and tier 1 technology to support our operations, we are proud to say that Silk Contract Logistics stands tall in the Australian logistics community.
