Siltronic, together with its subsidiaries, produces and sells semiconductor silicon wafers with diameters of up to 300 mm worldwide. The companys products include polished and epitaxial wafers. The company was formerly known as Wacker Siltronic AG. Siltronic was founded in 1953 and is headquartered in Munich, Germany.
