Over 30 years, Simcox Construction has built a reputation across Marlborough for excellence in Civil Construction, Infrastructure Works and Earthmoving, from the dry hills of the South, to the specialised environment of the beautiful Marlborough Sounds. Based on Taylor Pass Road in Blenheim, Simcox Construction has developed into a mainstay of Marlborough's construction community, working on projects large and small. The recent loss of company founder Ian Simcox has led to a restructure with Antony Clark continuing in the General Manager role and leading the company . Our focus remains on delivering the best outcomes for property owners and we have the experience, machinery, resources and expertise to deliver on this time and again.
