SIM FACTOR is a Polish technology company operating since February 2017 which offers innovative training simulation solutions with the use of virtual reality. We employ over 30 top-notch specialists in programming, electronics, automatics, 3D graphics, as well as experts in railway industry and air transport. We specialize in production, implementation and maintenance of top-notch simulators and trainers for staff training. Polish core technology, Polish specialists and components suppliers allow comprehensive implementation which includes both machines construction and their specialist software. We offer technological products applied wherever high-tech simulation techniques are used to increase efficiency, lower costs and reduce risk at work. Currently we focus on the rail, aviation and military sectors and in the foreseeable future the offer is planned to be gradually expanded to include other sectors known for highly responsible employees, usage of expensive machines and devices and operation of critical infrastructures.
