Sinbad Coffee Roasters is a boutique coffee roastery in Hong Kong. Founded in 2014, we focus on small batch, hand-crafted roasting. To-date, more than 1,000 aromatic compounds had been identified in high-quality coffee and it is a coffee roaster's job and privilege to show coffee lovers the myriad flavours and wonderful experience of coffee. We aim to bring you not only delicious specialty coffee that are roast-to-order, but also bean offerings that reflect seasonality and origin of the coffee crop, making sure our customers are always tasting the freshest produce.
