Singh Acquisitions is a privately held real estate investment firm that focuses on the acquisition, development and management of opportunistic and value-add real estate properties in Georgia and Southeast US. Singh Acquisitions strategic focus is to develop, build, manage and acquires multi-family apartments, commercial retail, office buildings and residential development investments in core markets throughout Southeast United States. In addition to development, with a staff of 25 employees, Singh Acquisitions Group provides management services for our own portfolio, as well as other owners. Combined, we manage a portfolio of over 20 multifamily communities with more than 1200 apartment homes, with a gross value in excess of $80 Million.
