Siteserv Recycling

Siteserv Recycling Limited is a family owned organisation, strategically located in South Wales. Established in 1990, Siteserv Recycling Limited also has a large presence in the North West of England. In the 1990's Nigel and his brother Martin had run the family farming business for a number of years. Through their agricultural contracting business, England Brothers, Nigel spotted the emerging opportunities in the environmental market securing the opportunity to manage Welsh Waters sewage sludge to land. In 1992 Nigel expanded further by securing the first of a succession of contracts with UK paper mills. By 1996, the business moved 80% of the UKs paper mill sludge to land. Indeed, Nigel actually wrote the UK Code of Practice, still used widely today, that established best practice for this process. In 2002 Nigel was one of the forerunners in recognising how important recycling was going to become. Siteserv Limited was formed to capture the South Wales market. Between 2002 and 2010 Siteserv Limited grew to become South Wales' largest independent waste management company. Today, the company operates as Siteserv Recycling Limited and has six operating subsidiaries.
