Saint Jeanne De Lestonnac School
Saint Jeanne's was founded in October 1993 by the Sisters of the Company of Mary as part of the Viña de Lestonnac Ministry Center. Initially the sisters established the school for preschool and kindergarten children only. During the 1997 school year a group of energetic parents approached the leadership of the sisters and asked them to expand the school to include grades preschool through eighth. The sisters accepted the challenge and began a search for a new location in earnest. In 1997, the property was secured and construction began. In September 1999, the school moved to its present location. The first eighth grade class graduated in 2000. n September 2001, the construction of the new theater and gymnasium was completed. A special dedication Mass and blessing was officiated by Bishop Gerald Barnes. The school continues to grow and prosper under the direction of the Sisters of the Company of Mary and their dynamic lay collaborators. Schedule A Visit
