Skewbald Theatre Blog

We combine our passion for making theatre with our love of the great outdoors and atmospheric and usual spaces to create site spefic and promenade theatrical experiences. We fuse together an eclectic mix ofsong, music, dance, physical theatre, puppetry and storytelling to re imagine classic texts, fairytales and folktales as well as devising brand new ones. We are based in Enfield on the outskirts of London and aim to bring exciting and engaging events to both indoor and outdoor venues both our local community and across the UK. Our recent projects include a promenade version of Shakespeare's 'A Midsummer Night's Dream' in Trent County Park and a special Halloween Experience based on the 'Legend of Sleepy Hollow' in our special Pop Up Theatre tent in both Trent Park and Forty Hall. e also work in partnership with schools to explore creative learning opportunities both inside and outside the classroom.
