Skills Inc. is a self-supporting, nonprofit social enterprise that employs people of ALL ABILITIES in aerospace manufacturing, aerospace finishing, technical services and business solutions. Through responsible management and solid corporate partnerships, we create and maintain a stable, rewarding place of work, where persons with disabilities contribute their skills. Skills Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that is self-funded through our four lines of business. We compete in an open market and receive no government subsidies. Grants and gifts directly benefit our programs. We train, employ and serve people with disabilities by providing jobs, vocational programs and services that offer life-changing opportunities to thrive at work. By Employing People with Disabilities: Sixty percent of our 260 employees have a self-identified disability. Our inclusive workforce consists of individuals with a wide range of disabilities. We have a fully integrated work environment where individuals with and without disabilities work side-by-side throughout our four lines of business.
