Benedict Mackenzie was formed in 1999 as a Limited Liability Partnership and became a Limited Company in 2011, having brought together the specialist insolvency and corporate rescue arms of a number of established accountancy practices. The directors came together because they shared the same philosophy about business rescue and insolvency work. Each has a passion to undertake high quality problem-solving assignments.
