Skyline Engineering is a New York City Department of Buildings licensed concrete testing laboratory, class 1 special inspection agency, and commissioning authority. We are an all-inclusive, single point of contact, full service company qualified to provide all of your concrete testing, special inspections, and commissioning services. We employ structural, civil, and mechanical engineers and architects who oversee and sign off the construction of your project from excavation to occupancy. After award, we initiate contractor communication and coordinate a kickoff meeting at the commencement of construction to review requirements and expectations to ensure a smooth construction, inspection, and sign off process. We communicate instantaneously with the project team throughout the construction process to resolve issues and maintain construction schedule. We participate in sign off meetings to review open items and discuss solutions to ensure a timely sign off process.
