Earthbound to maintain normal business operations during Shelter In Place. Earthbound Corporation is closely following the recommendations of local authorities in the markets we serve to ensure that our response to the Coronavirus Outbreak is mindful of all necessary precautions and regulations. We manufacture and supply the Earthbound System and concrete anchor product lines for construction of new housing projects. This industry segment has been clearly defined as allowed to work during Shelter in Place as "for Essential Infrastructure purpose". For this reason, our manufacturing and engineering offices remain open to meet new and current supply demands. We want to maintain the safety and welfare of our employees and customers. In our work environment we are promoting and instructing everyone to maintain hygiene with the practice of social distancing, wash hands often for a minimum of 20 seconds, use hand sanitizer whenever possible, and wipe down common surfaces with a disinfectant. As a company we are being diligent to minimize the potential of spreading the COVID-19 virus and are incorporating the following policies until this crisis has passed: We are asking any employee who feels ill to remain home. Managers are instructed to send employees home who appear to be ill. For our will call and common carrier pick-ups, we ask that drivers stay in designated areas until orders are ready to be loaded. We asked that posted warning signs be adhered to. We have suspended all sales visits to our customers' facilities. Engineering and sales staff have been working remotely. We hope for a speedy return to normalcy. For now we remain diligent and responsible to minimize the spread of this virus.
