S-Invest was founded in 2008 to fill a gap in the Slovene real estate market. There are three important differences between our company and others in Slovenia. We only ever advise a buyer OR seller. It is customary in Slovenia to charge both parties, but this creates a conflict of interest and it is something we will never do. We are an international company that employs both native Slovenes and property professionals from other countries. We run many global marketing campaigns each year and attract buyers and tenants from all over the world. We have offices in Ljubljana and London. We deal in commercial property only. We work in Office, Retail, Industrial and Hospitality. Our expertise encompasses valuations, sales, rentals, research, and other advisory services such as asset strategies and feasibility studies. We do not work with residential properties. Our Clients include institutional investors, high net worth individuals, local and global companies, local authorities, and banks.
