Smart Solutions International is an authorized IBM(tm) Cognos reseller and distributor for the Caribbean and Florida. Our business is also an authorized Infor(tm) SmartStream and Infor Performance Management reseller and distributor for the Caribbean. Based in Boca Raton, Florida, Smart Solutions International has been working in the region since 1995 implementing Infor enterprise applications-which include Cognos Business Intelligence solutions. In 2003, Smart Solutions International became the IBM Cognos reseller for the Caribbean, reporting to the Latin America headquarters of IBM Cognos in Miami. Since that time, Smart Solutions International has been recognized with several awards, including achieving Platinum Reseller status. Smart Solutions International relies on proven IBM Cognos technologies to help companies improve and direct corporate performance by enabling all the key steps in the management cycle-from planning and budgeting to measuring and monitoring performance to reporting and analysis. Smart Solutions International LP is the parent organization of Smart Solutions International (Barbados), Inc., and SSI Canada, Inc. The core management team is overseen by the Managing Director and includes the Director of Professional Services, Director of Sales, Customer Service Manager, and Administrative Manager. Within the company, a total of five individuals are dedicated to Sales. The Director of Professional Services oversees an IBM Cognos practice with approximately eight or more consultants and an Infor Services practice that normally includes up to ten consultants.
