SME Needs has one job: to help you improve the performance of your marketing so that you generate more sales to exactly the clients you want to. To do that for all our clients, we use a wide range of different marketing activities. We had a choice: employ a lot of people and incur all the costs that come with a big team - or use experts in their field that we know and trust. Very few small businesses have marketing budgets to burn (we've never met one!), so we believe this is the right approach to take. It keeps our costs down, meaning we can pass on those saving to you, whilst still providing you with the right marketing mix for your business. My job is to do two things with you: Develop a marketing strategy and plan that we both believe will deliver your growth targets Manage the implementation of that strategy, managing your team, mine and the 3rd parties we bring in because of their specialist expertise I've been working in the small business world since the turn of the century, with another 14 years' customer-facing experience before that. For the last few years, I've also been a Young Enterprise Advisor, helping teams of schoolchildren develop and run their own small businesses.
