Sociedad Boliviana de Cemento

SOBOCE SA (Sociedad Boliviana de Cemento) is a Bolivia-based company. Its main activity is the production and distribution of cement, concrete and other building and construction materials. The Company has five cement plants; four concrete plants and one plant involved in the production of aggregates. These plants are located in La Paz, Oruro, Santa Cruz, Tarija and Chuquisaca. It distributes its products under such brands as Cemento Viacha, Emisa, Cemento El Puente, Cemento Warnes and Aridos. SOBOCE SA has a stake in Esmical SA, engaged in the exploration and transport of limestone, gypsum, iron monoxide and other non-metallic minerals and la Fabrica Nacional de Cemento SA de Sucre, (Fancesa SA), engaged in the production of cement.
