We have always thought that the solutions to our big problems of Garbage, Energy, Housing and wAter , GEHA , must be designed and implemented by the Government thru megaprojects for the service of large communities. But the reality has shown us something totally different. Many of these undertakings never get completed and in the rare cases they do, by the time they enter into service, the cost and the time taken are making the solutions unviable and obsolete. We at SOL Depot do not rule out the State's responsibility to provide solutions, but we are also firm believers that citizens should implement within their own communities viable, economic and managed alternatives, to help with the solution at the local level. We feel that a very important part of the solution is in our hands and we as ordinary citizens should take full control of the environment around us with simple, innovative and proven technologies. Taken this position and positive attitude by all of us, we just not only are doing something to solve the basic problems, but we also pressure the Authorities to take responsibility to implement reasonable alternatives consistent with the reality of our countries.
