Solomon Software
Solomon Software provides support up to requirement recommendations for Solomon IV operating on a Novell network. Solomon does not publish a supported hardware list, but can offer general guidelines. Solomon may also provide information on known incompatibilities or specific problems with a NIC card or topology. Solomon does not support installation or administration of a Novell network. Clients should use basic troubleshooting methods to determine if a reported error or problem is related to the network or to Solomon Software. If the problem is established as a Novell network issue, the client or channel member should contact a Novell networking specialist or engineer for on-site assistance with advanced troubleshooting.
