Sooner Pipe & Supply, LLC is a privately owned wholesale company founded in 1937 and based out of Houston, TX. Sooner is a distributor of OCTG products including pipe for the oil, gas and energy industries. Sooner also provides logistics services for similar companies to maintain their infrastructure and supply chain. Sooner pipe specializes in tubular piping and is a division of Marubeni-Itochu Tubulars America, Inc. who purchased the company from Oil States International, Inc. in September 2013.
