Founded in 1967, Sociedade Tcnica de Engenharia (SOTER) is an engineering and construction company in Brazil. Specifically, SOTER operates in the fields of development and civil engineering, providing construction and maintenance of lines and electrical networks. The Rio de Janeiro based company has delivered a total of 79 projects in the Niteri and other regions as well as completed five construction projects.
