We are an established Internet development company with a focus in content management systems and large-scale integration projects . We have been in business for 12 years. We work with the following major platforms (ASP.Net, MS SQL, Oracle, PHP and MySQL) in a team oriented environment with creative, interface, application, mobile and database specialists. We work with CMS systems including WordPress, Umbraco, Sitecore and Episerver. We also work with all the major cloud platforms and have developed a software-as-a-service application. We are currently looking for an interface developer. The candidate should first and foremost be an expert in working from PSDs to create CSS/XHTML templates. However, we can ramp you up. The candidate should possess the following skills: Have strong problem solving and error detecting capabilities. Awareness of file size considerations for images and flash elements and the ability to reduce the file size wherever possible. Experience with cross-browser and cross-platform development Have strong communication skills and be pro-active addressing potential issues early in a project lifecycle. Experience creating CSS for mobile devices Familiarity with W3C and WCAG coding standards. Possess an ability to learn. jQuery / HTML5 experience. Having the following knowledge is a bonus: Experience with CMS platforms and plugins. Understanding databases. Experience with SVN. Experience with HTML5 animations and legacy Flash. We have great clients and a proven track record in the industry. We are also developing our own cloud-based software-as-a-service application. You will be working on all types of projects in very dynamic but laid-back environment. You will gain more technical and process experience working with us for six months than you will working for years elsewhere. Salary is commensurate with experience.
