soul was founded in 2007 with the goal of being an seo agency. we were one of the first companies to be concerned with organic positioning on google in brazil. in 2010, we identified that e-commerce platforms in brazil were not very google-friendly, and we decided to open an e-commerce department within the company to offer more in-depth support and development services for virtual stores. in 2015, we were selected to participate in an incubator project at fgv, where we received guidance focused on a business plan for our startup, which consisted of developing our own e-commerce platform. it took three years of development and a lot of studying until we launched our e-commerce marketplace platform in 2018, which was developed based on the needs of the brazilian market and in compliance with local laws and regulations. in the last five years, soul has focused on large-scale projects with multinational companies and expanded its operations to latin america and the usa.
