South Downs Leisure has transformed the main sports hall at Worthing Leisure Centre into the largest gym space in West Sussex to allow ample social distancing in an area 17,200ft². We have fitness classes running daily to suit all tastes and abilities. Our brand NEW virtual classes include the latest LES MILLS releases at Worthing Leisure Centre - why not give a class a go and book yourself something you haven't done before. Badminton is available 7 days a week at Davison Leisure Centre and with government guidelines now changed, doubles are now permitted. We are delighted to welcome back Walking Football on the 3G pitches at Worthing Leisure Centre, all sessions can be booked via our app.
