The company was founded in 1936 and is based in Franklin, Tennessee. It has branches in Athens, Franklin, Memphis, Knoxville, Chattanooga, Goodlettsville, Nashville, Brentwood, LaVergne, and Jackson, Tennessee; Corinth, Mississippi; and Bowling Green, Kentucky.
