Southern Contractors

Southern Contractors of Glynn, Inc. was established in Brunswick, Georgia in February of 1978 by William S. (Bill) Smith, Sr. and Paula A. Smith. Our mission states Southern Contractor's "success results from a desire to fully understand customer needs, from honest commitments effectively fulfilled." We have been a Butler Builder® since 1979. We are a design-build contractor with capabilities of working with the client from "thought to completion", including all phases such as designing, zoning, engineering and permitting. Numerous architects request that we provide hard-bids for projects. The majority of our work is commercial, industrial, Butler re-roofs, remodeling and churches also make up much of our workload.
