Southwest Concrete Structures, Inc. is a rapidly growing company in the concrete construction industry going into our 7th year of business in Southern California. We specialize in structural cast in place concrete including the following scopes of work: Structural Deck Slabs Residential and mixed-use buildings Foundations, slabs on grade, cast in place retaining walls Coordination & Supervision of Sub Trades Demo & Repair Work Multi-story parking structures Retail and Office Buildings "Turnkey" Proposals Design Build Post Tension We have recently expanded by bringing in a select group of experienced personnel giving us the ability to construct larger and more complex structural concrete projects. This team gives us the opportunity to offer our customers "turnkey" style proposals which can include the costs for masonry, shotcrete and reinforcing steel. The inclusion of these integral sub-trades into Southwest Concrete Structures, Inc.'s scope of work has shifted the responsibility of coordinating & supervising these trades directly into the hands of Southwest Concrete Structures, Inc., thus relieving a huge burden from our otherwise busy contractors and builders. Our team of experienced personnel coupled with a structured, goal-oriented business plan, has enabled us to increase our client base and project volume while adhering to our commitment for excellence and customer satisfaction now and into the future.
