Soventix

Soventix GmbH was founded in April 2010 as Sovello Projects GmbH. The first large-scale solar installations in Germany were quickly realised in close cooperation with project partners. The number of projects has grown rapidly: in the year after it was founded, Soventix has already become one of the leading companies in the industry. After its successful beginnings, the decision was taken to further grow Sovello Projects: the team has been expanded to include experienced photovoltaic experts, who together bring over 200 years of experience in the industry. In June 2011, Sovello Projects was renamed to Soventix. Backed by the international financial investor Vorndran Mannheims Capital Advisors GmbH (former VENTIZZ Capital Partners Adisory AG) Soventix has the support of a strong shareholder. The investor has already led a large number of companies to success in the photovoltaics industry, such as ersol, PV Crystalox and 1366 Technologies. Soventix is in an excellent position to further expand its international business.
