Spacelab

Spacelab are a dynamic award winning architecture and interior design practice based in the heart of Shoreditch. We work with clients across the commercial, residential, leisure and healthcare sectors to offer unique research-based design for new build and refurbishment projects. We are currently seeking new members of our team for the following roles: Part II Architect / newly qualified Part III Architect to assist with our residential new build projects. You will have at least 3 years post Part II experience working on residential developments from RIBA Stages A - L, and a sound knowledge of space standards and planning regulations. Interior Architect / Designer to work on an exciting range of workplace projects. You will have a minimum of 5 years' job running experience and be technically proficient, with a strong sense of aesthetics and materiality, and knowledge of current trends. Part I Architectural Assistant to assist with pitches and presentations, and design development work as needed. Your main focus will be producing concept diagrams and presentation drawings for pitch documents. You should have strong CAD and Adobe Creative Suite skills and a dedicated work ethic. 3D Visualiser to produce 3D models and visualisations, and assist with producing 2D presentation drawings as needed. You will be skilled in a range of 3D modelling software and able to produce concept design models to finished presentation renders.
