Scottish Personal Assistant Employers Network

Established in 1999, SPAEN is a registered Scottish charity supporting people with assessed health & social care support requirements to employ their own carers (Personal Assistants) as a direct alternative to statutory or care agency led support. SPAEN currently supports over 500 PA employers from across Scotland which accounts for an estimated 1,100 - 2,200 PA's based on Scottish Government statistical analysis.
