The Spa Specialist

We manufacture our own spa shells from sheets of the finest acrylic from America. The proof is in the old Haven Spas sitting our in the extreme weather for 15 years and having the same look as when they were new with no cracks, blisters or blemishes. Our process involves three layers of expensive vinyl ester (vinyl-ester is like the strongest epoxy in strength). Then we apply a neat layer of polyester resin and start using hand rolled fiberglass. The bond from the vinyl ester is so completely covered and bonded that the polyester becomes both blocked from any moisture content and cannot be separated except by extreme me means. Like beating it to death with a huge hammer. The we apply a second layer of polyester with a smaller content of calcium to harden the shell and stop flexibility as much as we can. The final layer is also tinted with a heat absorbing tint so that the DAIT system works better than any other insulation system on earth. We would love to challenge anyone who thinks their shell is more durable. When we have nearly 35 years of knowledge, from seeing the results in people's back yards, on how to make the best shells, why would any company make inferior shells and sell them as "the best"? (Hint: greed, ignorance, or both.
