Spell Systems is a software development branch of Cortex, a technology and investment company with its roots in Krasnodar, Russia. We started as a web development company in the early 1990s, providing services to small and medium size enterprises and progressed to multinationals and government contracts involving process automation, multilevel reporting, corporate accounting software and interactive touch systems.
