Spencer Solutions & Consultancy, Inc. (Spencer) was established September 2014 with its corporate headquarters located in San Fernando, La Union, Philippines. Spencer provides back office support for global businesses by fusing customer attentiveness with creativity and innovation. In the Philippines where the business process industry has grown exponentially to the point of saturation, Spencer presents a more integrated view.
