With over 20 years in the industry, Chef Adil has travelled across the Atlantic Ocean creating scintillating dishes to satisfy the palates of eager patrons throughout the Caribbean. Along with his Sous chef, Chef Adil celebrates his love of cooking by bringing a modern flair to the ancient, traditional Indian Tandoor technique of cooking to St. Lucia. Diners can enjoy watching the Chefs in action in the open display kitchen or gain personal lessons from the chef himself. Get a feel for India in the uniquely designed restaurant with arts and artefacts imported from many regions of India. These give an authentic ambiance that one looks for in a specialty restaurant, whilst succumbing to the wiles of fine dining. We pay homage to traditional Indian culture by offering daily changing lunch menus that are served in a family style setting. You and your guests get to share, rather than choose from an array of foods served in front of you, ensuring that your taste buds are deliciously satisfied. At Spice of India we are clarifying the misconception of Indian cuisine to be greasy, hot and spicy. The authenticity of the flavours are kept by utilising the freshest of ingredient and keeping the food clean to its true nature. The dishes served can be individually tailored to suit your palate by kindly informing our servers as to how mild or spicy you'd like to enjoy your food. Come and enjoy our cuisine that includes traditional favourites and new delectable choices. We're open from Wednesday to Monday from 12 Noon to 4 PM for Lunch, last order at 3:45 PM and from 6 PM till the last guest leaves for Dinner. We also do private functions on or off site and gift vouchers are available for purchase. Spice of India, serving great Indian fare.
