Spirit Mountain

Spirit Mountain was created in 1974 by the Minnesota State Legislature to create winter tourism in Duluth. We are an authority of the City of Duluth and governed by a board of directors that are appointed by the Mayor. Mission Statement: To develop a wide range of quality, year-round recreational activities that encourage regional economic growth while conserving our environment.
