We are a software company leading the industry in indoor and outdoor recreation facility solutions. Hundreds of facility owners with hundreds of thousands of members use SportsIT every day to operate their facilities, including our own Arena Sports facilities in Washington state. We work with some of the finest industry leaders in the country who constantly push us to improve the product on a regular basis. We strive to meet the business needs of industry leaders working with Youth Soccer Leagues, Adult Soccer Leagues, Youth Camps, Sport Clinics, Family Entertainment Centers, Birthday Parties, Basketball Leagues & Tournaments, Volleyball Leagues & Tournaments, indoor and outdoor soccer leagues, Adult Social and Sports groups and Youth Soccer Associations. Our parent company, Arena Sports, has over 13 years experience in running indoor soccer facilities and over two hundred combined years experience with our customers in running indoor sports and recreational facilities in North America. We eat-live-and-breathe this stuff! We pride ourselves on using our own software every day, so that we can automate operational processes that free our customer service people to provide more personal customer service. In some cases we have found that using our software can increase efficiency in ways unimaginable just a few years ago. For example, online transactions now allow one of our customers to process 64% of their transactions online in a month. This allows them to focus on their customers at their facility and not having long lines during registration periods every new season. Here are the key members of our team: Don Crowe, CEO Don Crowe oversees strategic planning, marketing, program development, operations and financial reporting for all four Arena Sports locations, as well as for SportsIT and Lil' Kickers. Prior to Arena Sports, Crowe served as the acting financial officer and treasurer of the board for ICON Communications Corporation. A Washington state CPA, Crowe has also worked with Arthur Andersen's Seattle audit division. Don graduated from the University of Washington with a B.A. in Business Administration and Accounting. He resides in Issaquah, Wash., with his wife and three daughters.
