SpotOn Connections was created to focus on the Finance, Legal and Technical sectors in Malta and deliver a premium service to all our clients and candidates alike. Our consultants come from a recruitment background specialising in these industries and services thus allowing us a better understanding of our clients' needs. We provide a no risk service to our clients and an individually tailored service to suit our candidates. The 30 Step Recruitment process we follow ensures that every candidate is qualified, thoroughly interviewed and reference checked. This allows us to deliver a strong shortlist of around 3 to 5 candidates whose skill sets match the role and are readily available to choose from, whatever the vacancy. In addition to supplying a streamlined service to our clients, we also provide a highly supportive service to our candidates. SpotOn Connections will coach you for your interviews as well as assist in creating a strong CV that highlights your strengths, giving you the best chance at succeeding in finding the job you want. We are always interested in improving relationships with clients and candidates and frequently review internal policies and procedures.
