The firm is the oldest established firm of Chartered Surveyors in Worthing, opening in 1948. It has been located in the current Brighton Road offices since the 1960's. The firm has advised and acted for numerous of the major companies in Worthing and has also acted on behalf of the Local Authority on all aspects of property matters. The firm was employed as consultants to the Highways Agency in connection with the acquisition and disposal of properties along the line of the A27. As well as considerable professional and commercial activity the firm has an extensive management portfolio dealing with a range of commercial and residential properties, not only local to Worthing but in the wider areas of Sussex, Hampshire and London. Given this old established background the firm can offer extensive advice on all property matters with not only a proven local knowledge but also the capability of dealing with property further afield.
