Spring Hoteles

As you know at Spring Hoteles we take great pride in the quality and service offered to all our guests. With this in mind and to ensure that we continue to offer the same high quality product and for the future enjoyment of our mutual guests, we are planning a refurbishment of the Arona Gran Hotel in 2014. The proposed work will start on the 1st July 2014 and will take place Monday to Saturday between the hours of 09.00 and 18.00 however please bear in mind that the construction company personnel may be visible in the hotel out with these times. The work involved will focus on a complete refurbishment of the bedrooms and bathrooms. Within the schedule we will be working on 20 bedrooms at any given time and will systematically work through all rooms one floor at a time and all furniture and soft furnishings will be replaced. We will not be removing tiles from the bedroom floors or balconies therefore negating the use of any heavy drilling machinery. We will however be removing tiles by hand in the bathrooms and this work will be carried out between the hours of 10.00 and 13.00. Additionally, we're taking advantage of this opportunity to install a SPA in the lower portion of the hotel. Work will begin on the 1st of April, 2014, during the times specified above. There will be a minimal impact, given that the Spa will be installed in the lower portion of the hotel in a predetermined area and there will be no need for demolition or additional construction.
