SPUR is a member-supported nonprofit organization, recognized as a leading civic planning organization and respected for independent and holistic approach to urban issues. With offices in San Francisco and San Jose, SPUR addresses major urban and regional issues of our day in eight program areas: Community Planning, Disaster Planning, Economic Development, Good Government, Housing, Regional Planning, Sustainable Development and Transportation.
