Santa Rosa Charter School for the Arts
Santa Rosa City Schools is the largest school district in Sonoma County, serving 16,000 students in 24 schools. The district has won statewide recognition for its Equity and Social Justice Initiative, and its 1,600 staff members embrace the motto of "Every Student, Every Possibility, No Matter What. In October 2017, the district lost an elementary school and a high school farm to deadly wildfires that swept through Northern California. The fires destroyed more than 6,000 structures in Sonoma County, including the homes of 800 students and 90 staff members. This devastating loss will shape the needs of our community for years to come.
