SSL is the market leader in the Zambian telecommunications sector, with a market share of more than 60% plus, with a 100+ staff based in Lusaka and Kitwe. We have designed, installed and commissioned more than 10,000 lines of fully digital EPABX. Shortly we will be the first to launch the IP based EPABX in the Zambian market. Specialised Systems Limited act as the sole distributor for NEC Philips Communications, Philips Lighting and Philips Medical Systems while also representing many reputed brands like Powerware (EATON of USA), Coral Telecom, Solatek, D-link and HP. Our esteem customers includes National Assembly, University of Zambia, Bank of Zambia, Standard Chartered Bank, Indo Zambia Bank, Mopani Mines, Shoprite and many more. Our service engineers and technical staff have been trained in the respective manufacture's overseas plant as well as locally in order to provide effective after sales service / maintenance on all the products we represent. Our service based activity consist of service centers, workshops, stores with well equipped tools/test and measuring instruments and a fleet of motor vehicles based in Lusaka, Kitwe, Ndola and Livingstone. We also have bonded warehousing facilities in Lusaka and stock a wide range of items in bond, and are able to supply goods to qualifying customers on duty and VAT free basis.
