STALEY STEEL INC was founded in 1958 by S.S. Staley, Jr. (Skeen) as a steel brokerage and engineering firm. In 1974, Mr. Staley, along with his two sons, John A. Staley and Thomas C. Staley, expanded into the structural steel fabrication business. John A. Staley took over as company president in 1990. Since its founding, STALEY STEEL INC has remained a family owned and operated company with a commitment to family ideals and relationship-based associations. For over four decades STALEY STEEL INC has been building a strong base of successful projects and satisfied customers throughout Texas and the United States. The business relocated in May 2005 after 32 years of fabricating in a 40,000 square foot facility on 4 acres in Frisco, Texas.
