Star Concessions

Star Concessions, Ltd. ("Star") is the parent of a group of companies which operate food, beverage, retail and convenience store/service station concessions in airports. Star and each of its affiliated companies is a certified minority business enterprise. Star currently is a large operator of food and beverage stores at the DFW International Airport. These stores include casual dining, upscale five star dining, quick service and fast casual name branded concepts. Through a partnership with the Dallas Cowboys, we operate several sports bars, casual dining and retail stores including our newest concept "Cowboys Pink". In addition to the stores located inside the DFW Airport, our partnership with the Dallas Cowboys also includes two mixed-use convenient stores. The first, DFW Mart, is a two-acre facility at the South entrance to the airport, adjacent to the consolidated rent-a-car facility. It features 3,500 square feet of convenience store goods, a Whataburger drive-thru and ten Shell gas dispensing units. The second, Blue Star Mart, is located at the North entrance to the airport and occupies three acres and features a 3,500 square feet of convenience store goods, a large dine in Whataburger, a car wash and ten Shell gas dispensing units. Since February 1995, Star has operated the food and beverage concessions at the Dallas Love Field Airport. Our current name branded concepts include quick service, casual dining, bar service, snack bars and the shoe shine operation. In April of 2013, we will join many other concessionaires as the City of Dallas opens the new Dallas Love Field Airport. We will own and operate a full service Cantina Laredo, Campisi's Italian Restaurant, Whataburger and a Chili's too.
