STARTIA INC. is a Japanese information technology company that has three core business segments. The Equipment-related segment offers telephones, including the installation and setting of internet protocol (IP) telephones; network-related equipment, including the setting of security-related equipment, computers, IP-compatible equipment and other communications equipment; photocopiers, including the sale of complex machines and photocopiers mainly manufactured by Sharp Corporation, the provision of maintenance services and the supply of consumable products, and office facilities. The Communications Line Service segment provides Internet service provider (ISP), advanced digital subscriber line (ADSL) and fiber optics line construction services for Internet connections. The Application Service Provider (ASP)-related segment sells and maintains rental servers, as well as the manages and maintenance of domains.
