State Bags, based in New York, NY, was founded in 2009 by husband and wife team Scot and Jacq Tatelman. State manufactures and sells bags, totes, back packs and accessories. The company was originally created to bring attention to the needs of American children who are living in less fortunate circumstances. For every STATE bag purchased, the company will hand deliver a back pack, full of essentials, to a child in need.
