At Steadfast Caregivers, we provide Home Care for Seniors in Long Island and Queens, NY. Our mission is simple: provide the personal, skilled support that will enable seniors to remain safely in the comfort of their own homes. As we age, personal care often becomes a necessity. Whether the need is for live-in or hourly assistance, Steadfast Caregivers is ready to help. We work carefully with our clients to develop a care plan that is tailored to their specific needs. Our companions provide many services including supervision with bathing, dressing, and other hands-on needs. Meal preparation, medication reminders and light housekeeping are important duties that we routinely fulfill while providing social interaction and stimulation. Many of our aides are also able to provide transportation services, so getting out for errands and doctors' appointments won't be a problem. In addition, our trained, experienced aides are qualified to care for those suffering with cognitive issues like Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. We conduct a free, no-obligation in-home assessment prior to assigning an aide. You will be able to meet with, interview and approve the caregiver before starting service. After service begins, our case managers visit regularly to insure that all expectations are being met and modify the care plan as needed. All our aides are carefully screened and selected and our agency is bonded and insured.
