Steradian Semiconductor is a fabless semiconductor company and IP licensor founded in 2016 by a group of engineers with experience in designing cellular/RF and microwave transceiver ICs. Steradian's IP has enabled IDT to offer its SenseVerse series of radar transceiver ICs. The IDT SenseVerse SVR4410 IC is a multi-channel MIMO radar transceiver that operates in the 76 to 81GHz frequency band. With integrated beamforming and support for multi-device aggregation, the SVR4410 provides exceptional angular resolution, range, and power consumption in a small form factor, IDT claims. The two companies are collaborating on a series of ICs forming a roadmap with increasing levels of integration as well as radar modules with integrated antennas, SVR transceiver ICs, a radar processing IC and DSP algorithms inside.
